Make no Mystique - this fiber is Xcellent! (Geek humor...)

The story of the Romeldale/California Variegated Mutant sheep is an interesting tale of genetics, breeding for one characteristic (excellent white wool) only to find another (colors!), and distinctions without real differences. Today they are a single rare breed of sheep that produces an exceptional fine wool (20-24 micron) in a dense, crimpy fleece. 

We currently have two blended shades - a medium heathered grey, and a milk chocolate heathered brown.
