Washer - Speed Queen
What? No heavy duty fiber-specific washer? Nope - hot water plus Unicorn Power Scour in an extra-large Speed Queen gets the job done.
Consider this proof that you can scour your fleece at home!
Separator - Belfast Mini Mills
We are the third owners of this double-deck separator, whom we've named Stella. She was built in Canada, worked in New York, then Colorado, and now Oregon. She's ready and willing to get all those hairs and veg matter out of your fleece.
Picker - Brother Fiber Mill
Patty the Picker opens up your clean fiber in preparation for carding. A repurposed greenhouse does the job of catching all the flying fluff. And yes, those are old campaign signs connecting the two. Reduce-reuse-recycle!
Carder - Brother Fiber Mill
The mill workhorse, Brad the Carder turns fluff into carded roving. We'll be adding a batt roller in the near future.
